Personally I love the idea of going on safari and witnessing a sunrise over the plains whilst watching the animals from above.

If you are taking a balloon flight locally then this is not a massive issue as the company will keep you updated as to the best time to take off, however if you are incorporating this into part of a foreign holiday you will need to be aware that there is a possibility that you will not get the correct conditions for the flight.
