If you’re a bit of an adrenaline junky and like to spend most of your time off piste, then this piece of kit could really save your life in the event of an avalanche. Mammut’s PAS (Protection Airbag System) is not only built into the backpack, but also into the shoulder straps, allowing the airbag to protect your head and neck upon deployment and reducing the risk of trauma.

The 35L backpack allows plenty of room for your stuff, meaning you could pack enough for an overnight stay. It also has straps to attach your Ski’s or Snowboard whilst you walk.

Unlike other backpacks, you are able to remove the airlock and interchange it with others, meaning that you always select the most suitable backpack for the relevant application.
